Checking Account

Also called a demand deposit account, your money can be used or withdrawn from it at any time. This account allows making payments, transfers, PIX and can be used to contract credit operations and carry out financial investments. They have some free services but depending on your usage fees will be charged.

Savings account

Also called a time deposit account, every money you deposit into it is considered a financial investment that earns you monthly interest. In order for you to receive this remuneration, the deposited amount cannot be used until the 1 month anniversary of when it was deposited is made. Customers receive a free debit card for withdrawals.

Vehicle Financing

These are operations carried out to finance the purchase of new or used cars. It can be used to finance others such as motorcycles, boats and aircraft. Companies usually make financing for the acquisition of machinery and equipment. Financing is an alternative for those who have a car that has already been paid off, as it can be given as a guarantee and so you receive the credit and keep the installments of the financing to pay.

Real estate financing

These are financial operations used to finance the purchase of own homes and other types of real estate. They are usually long-term operations and can be of two types: SFI and SFH. SFI stands for Real Estate Financing System and SFH for Housing Finance System. The SFI was created to promote real estate financing in general and the SFH was created with the objective of facilitating the construction and purchase of their own property, mainly by the low-income population

Overdraft

The overdraft is a pre-approved credit line that the bank makes available from the moment you open your checking account, even without you having requested it. It is usually used as a quick solution for times of stress or confusion with personal finances. Financial institutions usually give them different names, such as pre-approved limit, LIS, among others. The overdraft works as a kind of “automatic loan”. When you use up your entire account balance, the bank automatically lends you a pre-approved amount.

Payroll loans

Payroll-deductible loans, also known as payroll-deductible loans, are loans with indirect payment, the installments of which are deducted directly from the individual's payroll or benefit. Currently, it can commit up to 35% of the borrower's monthly income, with 30% in the form of a loan and 5% in the form of a payroll-deductible credit card. Its duration must not exceed 96 months for federal civil servants and 72 months for INSS retirees and pensioners.
